"I used this machine every mean solar day to perform RT-PCR and incubate with restriction enzyme assimilate. It is like shooting fish in a barrel to apply and works great. One of the interesting points is that the car beeps to let you know when information technology has finished. I recommend the car."

"I love this little green and cream machine. Creating programs is incredibly easy and the organization and user interface are clear. Information technology does exactly what I desire it to do and is incredibly well thought out. My favorite thing well-nigh it is that the software includes a clock view so that you lot tin can hands see how much longer yous have on your programme from across the lab. It also makes a noise (not super loud, only noticeable) when it goes into "concur forever". At the end of the day, thermocyclers just need to work, just BioRad has probably won whatever future thermocycler purchases that I accept control over."

"The thermal cycler works efficiently and the bear on screen programming makes information technology very elementary to apply. We have been using for around 2 months and have not seen any bug. It heats up very quickly and appears to be stable at the required temperature. It was very useful to accept a rep demonstrate the machine and to loan one for a few days to endeavour out before buying. On purchasing the motorcar it arrived the post-obit mean solar day which is first-class service. A rep was on hand before and after installation to assist with any queries. There was a special offer at the time which made it peachy value and having obtained quotes from other companies we found the price to exist the near competitive for this type of instrument."
